Development of manufacturable, testable, and reliable transmit-receive modules for satellite radar imaging payload

چکیده

Most modern computer applications use reversible logic gates to solve power dissipation issues. This manuscript uses an efficient multi-functional arithmetic and logical unit (MF-RALU) perform 30 operations. The 32-bit MF-RALU includes arithmetic, logical, complement, shifters, multiplexers, different adders, multipliers. multi-bit multiplexers are used construct the structure. Reduced instruction set (RISC) processor is designed realize functionality of MF-RALU. can its operation in a single clock cycle. 1-bit RALU developed compared with existing approaches improvements performance metrics. units (RAUs) (RLUs) constructed using RALU. RISC synthesized individually Vivado environment Verilog-HDL implemented on Artix-7 field programmable gate array (FPGA). utilizes <11% chip area consumes 332 mW total power. <3% works at 483 MHZ frequency by consuming 159 FPGA.
